 General

These Terms Of Use are a legally binding Agreement (the Agreement) between ParentsAlready.com Limited (Us) and You for the service we provide.

We reserve the right to amend this Agreement from time to time and the amended Agreement shall be published on our web site. If the Agreement is amended then the amended version shall supersede all earlier versions and the version currently published on our web site shall form the sole and exclusive Agreement between us.

If you do not agree to this Agreement (as amended from time to time) then you cannot use this web site.

This Agreement shall come into effect when, having completed a profile to become a member of the web site on the joining page, you press the "Join Now" button that appears at the bottom of that page.

 The Service

The service we provide includes but is not limited to that of allowing you to publish a profile on this web site describing yourself, browse the profiles of other users of the web site, and send messages to and receive messages from other users of the web site.

The cost of the service we provide and the period for which it is provided are explained on the web page called "Upgrade Your Membership" as amended from time to time. The payment methods we accept are only those outlined on the aforementioned web page. Many parts of the service we supply are free.

We shall use all reasonable efforts not to disclose to any third party your real name, email address or any information that may enable you to be identified except as we may be required to by law.

We reserve the right to:
- amend the service we provide from time to time;
- suspend the service from time to time for business or for technical reasons;
- terminate the service at any time;
- refuse new members or subsequently cancel membership of existing members whether or not payment has been made for our service;
- deny access to the site to persons, whether or not paying members, who are located outside the UK or the Republic of Ireland either temporarily or permanently;
- suspend or terminate your access to the service without notice.

 Your Certification

You certify that:
- you are 18 years of age or over;
- you are a full time resident of the UK or the Republic of Ireland;
- you are genuinely seeking friendship and/or a relationship;
- you accept that other people using the web site will be able to view your profile and send you messages via the web site;
- you accept that we may place a link directly to your profile from the home page of the web site (unless you request otherwise by emailing us and we confirm back to you by email);
- you accept that we may place a link directly to your profile from any Internet (on-line only) marketing material that may be distributed round the Internet (unless you request otherwise by emailing us and we confirm back to you by email);
- you accept that if you disclose personal information in your profile or in messages sent to other people using the web site then you do so entirely at your own risk;
- you will not use this web site for commercial purposes;
- you will not use this web site to recruit its members to form another community, online or otherwise, whether for profit or not;
- you will not use this web site to send junk mail;
- you will not use this web site in a manner which may cause offence to another person using this web site;
- the information you include in your profile is a true representation or likeness of you;
- you own the copyright to text or photographs you include in your profile and assign that copyright to us;
- you give your permission for any photographs taken of you at meetings arranged through our message boards or otherwise to be published on our website;
- you will not include photographs of children in your profile;
- you will not include any information in your profile that would facilitate direct contact with other members, including but not limited to your address, your email address, your telephone number or a web address;
- you will not include your membership status of this web site in your profile;
- you will not include in any message you send to another user of this web site any information which is contrary to any law or which invades the privacy of any other party;
- you accept that we may at our sole discretion and without notifying you edit or delete your profile, or open, edit or delete any messages you send or receive if we see fit to do so for whatever reason;
- you will not allow another person to use this web site by virtue of making available to them your username and password;
- you will not copy and you will keep confidential any information published on this web site including but not limited to the information contained in profiles of other people using this web site;
- you will not publish duplicate profiles on this web site;
- you will not use your credit card to pay for another user of this web site to upgrade their membership nor allow another person to use their credit card to pay for you to upgrade your membership;
- if you arrange to meet anyone through this web site then you do so entirely at your own risk.
- we may show your site username on other members' Reverse Shortcuts when you add them to your own Shortcuts (these being convenient links to profiles members like to make note of).
- we may email other members to inform them that you have added them to your Shortcuts.
- we may display photographs of you on the website taken by you or another member at one of the events arranged on the Message Board (unless you email us quoting specific photo reference numbers appearing against such photos being displayed and ask us to delete them).
- we may record your ip address and the link URL (if any) via which you found our website.

 Guarantee, Indemnity and Liability

We do not guarantee the accuracy of any information contained in this web site that is supplied by other users of the web site nor do we guarantee any results from our service.

You will indemnify us, our officers and employees from any claim made arising from your breach of this Agreement or from your conduct whilst using this web site.

We shall not be liable to you for any damages of any kind arising out of the use of our service including but not limited to the misuse of your personal information by other users of this web site, except insofar as by law we are not permitted to exclude liability. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

 Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. If you wish to terminate this Agreement you can either do so (A) by following the link to remove your profile (within the My Account section after logging in), or (B) by replying to an email from us with the word "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line, or (C) by emailing us at the email address supplied on our "Contact Us" web page from the email address (as amended by you from time to time) you supplied to us and, if we request it, supply sufficient information to us so that we are able to identify your profile. Refunds will only be given at our discretion.

 Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by English law and should any part of them be found to be unenforceable then the remainder shall still apply.
